I am looking for reasonable offers in US Currency for the attached inventory
of 37,409 units of NEW headsets and amplifiers by GN Netcom. The entire inventory
is Grade “A”, brand new in the box. The full retail value of this deal is well in excess
of $3,000,000.00 US. There is no manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty provided
must be provided by the purchaser of this deal.

Please note that the following restrictions apply to this deal. This product can ONLY
be sold in Mexico and Latin America. Documentation stating full compliance with these
conditions must be provided to complete this transaction.

The terms of this deal are as follows.

1.         FOB Boston, Mass or as otherwise negotiated.

2.         This inventory is being sold as-is, where-is with no warranties, implied or otherwise stated. 

The freight details are as follows:

1. Refer to the attachment as to case pack details.
2. There are 94 pallets in total.  The facility will only allow 40’ trailers in therefore it will take 3 trailers to ship. 
   Since a number of the pallets can be double stacked, there may be an opportunity to reduce the trailers to 2.

Please send your offer in US Funds along with a Purchase order with all the pertinent information, acknowledgement
of the restrictions and confirmation of terms. We will provide you with a Pro Forma invoice for the full transaction.
We will send you our banking details for the wire transfer.
